If you are looking for something to do around Nashville this Saturday September 27, there is a once-a-year event at the Schermerhorn Symphony Hall in downtown Nashville. There will be events and performances from 10:15 AM until 9:00 PM, including an “instrument petting zoo,” where children and others can get a basic introduction to all instruments in the orchestra. This is a great activity for students and their families to experience great music and American culture – not to mention it’s free!

Elise, one of IEI’s teachers, will be performing in the Nashville Community Concert Band in the Laura Turner Concert Hall from 3:15 PM – 4 PM at this event, so come out and show her some love and support!
